Settings>Sound and changing the device as I have a webcam mic, which the audio on that works, yet the mic on the headphones does not. I did an audio test in which I recorded using Voice Recorder, using the input device that was Microphone Realtek (R) Audio. It was indeed my laptop's internal mic. My headset has a clearer mic and it's not like any of that cheap stuff you see in the stores.
