Minnesota (KTTC) – Friday is the first day that ballots can be cast absentee for the November 5th general election. Absentee ballots can be requested through the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. In Olmsted County, absentee voters have multiple options: by mail, in person or through direct balloting.
