Microsoft refreshes driver HLK ahead of Windows 11 2024 Update. No clear timeline of the update but it isn't very far.

The Redmond-based company has Blog post revealed the launch date for the upcoming Windows 11 24H2 update. The feature update will initially be available on September 24, 2024 as an optional preview for early adopters. The official release will then take place on October 8, 2024 as part of the monthly Patch Tuesday rollout.
