One of the tightest battles in the country took place right here in Northeast Ohio, where incumbent Democratic Rep. Emilia Sykes faced off against former Republican state Sen. Kevin Coughlin in the state's 13th Congressional District.

Unofficial results are rolling in from Iowa's judicial retention election. This year, an Iowa Supreme Court justice, four Iowa Court of Appeals judges and 64 district court judges were subject to retention elections.
