In Lebanon, Israeli attacks killed at least 38 people on Sunday, including 23 in a raid north of the capital Beirut, the Ministry of Health said. Israel also launched an attack on a residential building in Damascus on Sunday, killing seven civilians according to Syria’s Ministry of Defence.

The death toll from an Israeli airstrike on the southern port city of Tyre has risen to at least seven people and wounded dozens, the health ministry and a resident said Saturday, adding that the dead included five siblings three of whom were deaf and mute.
