do the boats have some kind of seat belt or is it just a bar that goes across your lap. have an 11 year old that wants to go on but is very tiny I just want to make sure she is not going to go flying or sliding under the pole

They have seat belts but with America being health and safety obsessed there is no risk of falling off - in Blackpool there would be no seatbelt or life jackets!!!!
