They do NOT honor their warranty. Big Joke! When you question them as to why, they just ignore you. Go with a more reputable brand like Hoist Fitness or TuffStuff Fitness. Full review by Maryanne Perez

Terrible customer service. They offer a lifetime warranty & refuse to honor it. Equipment was purchased 10 mths ago and outer layer of the pulley cables are already flaking off. Find something else. Full review by Buddy Gober
