Is a toddler (3 years old) too young for this museum?

no my grandson just turned 4. there are some activities height and weight are more important than age. i.e.foot pedals, joy stick etc. a lot available for younger children.
how many hours should I calculate to see everything?

If you have kids it's going to depend on how interested they are in different things I would think you could easily spend four hours in there with no problem I'm thinking even six …
